Our AI Sales Agent engages with customers in real-time conversations, guiding them through the sales process and booking appointments. The AI dynamically responds to customer input, providing answers to queries and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Our system uses multiple AI agents:

  1. Transcriber Agent: Parses customer input and stores it in a structured format (JSON) for lead management.

  2. Flow Manager: Detects where the user is in the sales flow and triggers the appropriate next step.

  3. Interviewer Agent: If the customer is in the sales flow, this agent continues the conversation by asking questions or answering queries using our database.

  4. Support Agent: If the customer is not in the sales flow, the support agent steps in to provide assistance, answering questions to keep the conversation on track.

3. Is your AI human and empathetic?

While our AI isn’t human, it is designed to simulate empathy. We tailor responses to reflect your brand’s tone of voice and guidelines, ensuring that the conversation feels personal and empathetic. Compared to no response or delayed human replies, our AI provides a faster, more consistent customer experience.

4. Can AI deliver the same level of empathy as a human?

Empathy is critical in sales, and while AI can’t replicate human emotions, it can simulate understanding based on context. By using carefully designed conversation flows and tone guidelines, our AI can come close to matching the sensitivity and empathy needed in a sales interaction, offering a great customer experience, especially when compared to delayed or non-existent responses.

Our models are designed to stay focused on specific domains of knowledge to reduce this risk.

Yes, our AI Sales Agent has access to specific databases relevant to the sales process. For example, when guiding a customer through the sales funnel, it can pull up the latest product details, pricing, and other essential information to keep the conversation accurate and informed.

We also control the level of variability in the responses through something called "temperature".
